Services provided by “LedgerLine Auditors” are delivered entirely within a virtual environment. Refund requests are assessed to ensure fairness regarding time, resources, and expertise already allocated.
Refunds may be considered when a technical or administrative issue prevents delivery of an agreed-upon service. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the service date and must include relevant documentation describing the issue.
Completed audits, finalized reports, and processed bookkeeping data are non-refundable due to the professional labor required to produce them. Corrections, clarifications, or revisions may be provided when necessary to address discrepancies within the defined scope of work.
Long-term service agreements can be canceled at any time. Refunds for unused service periods will be reviewed based on contract terms and remaining service days.
